Specifically, we work in the area of applied learning to formulate successful business strategies – often during times of change, or driving change. We help individuals, managers and teams identify new opportunities for success.

Karen Dempster & Associates Creating Change offers over 120 different training programs. This means you have many choices in how to meet your development needs. Courses are available as public programs, where one person may book an individual place, or “in-house”, where groups of your people are involved in training at venue you choose. All programs can be customized, and totally new programs can be developed to suit your specific needs.

We work out the most effective (and cost-effective) way to meet your needs and give you frank and honest guidance. The training is designed to ensure you and your team focus on what they need to do in order to be truly successful and create increased efficiency. Of course this means better profit levels for your company or effectiveness in your organization, greater staff retention and the opportunity to focus on innovation.

How does “Creating Change” deliver results?
Firstly, we offer many of our management training options using two specialist facilitators. Whilst this is often expensive for us (as you will understand) we believe by providing extra intellectual stimulus where possible along with specialist skills, the participants in our courses gain the greatest benefit from their efforts in attending. Secondly, we built an intellectually different, people-focused training and change business that delivers educationally sound training and consulting services. Courses are devised using psychology, educational and managerial knowledge. We also really get to know our clients, their goals, their culture, and treat them as partners. We analyse what you might do (or sometimes stop doing) in order to be successful.

We offer our programs nationally in major centers, rural areas and also internationally in order to reach our diverse client base.
