Even when providing public entry training programs, we believe there must be pre-course interaction with participants to ensure the training will “hit the mark”. We use carefully chosen Psychological analysis and Psychometric indicators, only if applicable. We co-developed a cost-effective and exclusive instrument, the STAI© (Situational, Thinking & Attitudes Indicator) to fit holistic team needs and align with 360º management tools at an affordable price.

We also provide the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), the TMS (Team Management Systems) Indicator, Emotional Intelligence, (e.g. GENOS, Bar On, SUEIT), the LSI (Life Styles Indicator) and other 360º tools.

Consultants are accredited in a number of other instruments to create targeted outcomes (e.g. DISC, Thomas Kilman Conflict Instrument, Parker survey etc). We sought team members with this broad knowledge to guide you in the making effective management choices based on outcome and cost.
