Calvin will offer companies a free team development session based upon the results of the research if they can assist by providing facilities and encouraging participation from personnel. Personnel will receive feedback on how they can utilize these results within their careers and communicate more effectively within a work environment. Participation from the manufacturing or industrially aligned sectors would be highly beneficial, as it is necessary to balance the “sample” group with participants from diverse career types. If you would like to know more, please email calvin@focusonmanagement.com.au. Calvin has also recently written a Thesis which focused on the first round of this research into Individual Differences and it will soon be available from our Articles page.
