Karen Dempster designed the New Life suite after reflecting on her success in changing the dynamic interactions in management teams, and one-on-one coaching with numerous professionals and business owners.

Sometimes it became necessary to discuss the participant's external influences, family, friends and personal situations in order to effectively coach them toward change. The psychometric tools she used, and the guidance she provided, was applicable in a wider manner.

She observed the dating marketplace, and the plethora of options that focused on personal interactions, that seemed not to offer an overview of people's situations and complex interactions, nor, most importantly, their thinking, personality and behavioural styles.

For the past four years she has been deeply researching the application of psychometrics, relationships and counseling/ coaching. In that time, she has worked with many experts, and has designed a method of creating personal change. In her management and training work, change is her specialty, and she has the tools to address the most important changes that could exist - personal relationships.

Karen is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), the Australian Businesswomen's Network, and is a judge for Business Excellence Awards for a range of Councils and Chambers of Commerce. She has worked within Not-for-Profit enterprises and counselling services, and holds numerous qualifications and accreditations.
