The New Life plan provides an opportunity to experience a program where individuals are given sufficient time and support to truly analyse their own “style” and how this impacts on others.

Teams and individuals have undertaken psychometric indicators before, but rarely implement to full benefit the outcome, and/or forget the results in their own day-to-day interactions.

Participants will create a specific plan of action as an outcome of the training, devising their own goals for development.

The process involves closely guided analysis of self, deconstruction of why a participant may not be achieving the outcomes they desire, and incorporates the opportunity for identifying and experiencing grief over past issues. Then they re-set paradigms and goals. It is an ideal pre-work for long-term unemployed or any individuals seeking to make a new and better life outcome.

The assessments, conflict resolution and situational analysis used within the suite are designed to enhance personal interaction. The tools used are unique.

Facilitators make contact with participants in advance, and thus know some of the issues that will arise.

There may be two facilitators, dependent on design and client preferences.

New Life plans can be used for conflict, negotiation, influencing, decision-making or similar team needs, and can be customised further to achieve a goal for clients.
