The STAI
Situational, Thinking & Attitude Indicator. A cost-effective, unique and customized psychometric for teams and managers which provides insight to conflict, personality, situational influences with additional suitability as a complementary instrument for teams where managers have undergone a 360° feedback instruments (e.g. LSI).
LSI (Life Styles Inventory) available on request along with other specialist executive psychometric indicators, 360 degree feedback and conflict & negotiation tools.
Disc is available on request - A simple and user friendly team behaviours tool.
A full range of ACER – Australian College of Educational Research – products are available, and our psychologists and facilitators are able to provide IQ and other testing, such as the WAIS – Weschler Adult Intelligence Scale, GENOS and Bar-ON Emotional Intelligence assessments.
