Bruce Whitehead

Bruce is a Legal and Safety specialist, having been previously employed as a Work Cover Lawyer and Police Prosecutor prior to becoming a Director of his own organization. His expertise in assisting clients to devise safety plans, and in facilitating and designing effective programs to educate both managers and staff about the issues of failing to comply with legislation is outstanding.

He is a Director of The Brief Group delivering consultancy services and programs where participants are able to clearly define their roles and what the consequences are of faulty systems, financially, personally and professionally. This clarity creates long-term behavioural change.

Bruce provides strategic advice to clients, quality assurance, precedent development and training such as mock courts and due diligence briefings throughout Australasia to Boards and senior management teams of publicly listed and private corporations, employer associations, Chartered Secretaries Association, Universities (Guest speaker), The Executive Connection (TEC Resource Speaker) and business network groups.

Bruce holds a Dip. Law (LPAB) and a Grad. Dip. Leg. Practice and has expert skills in Legislative Compliance Auditing, Risk Management Training, Mock Courts & Due Diligence Training, Accident Investigation / Training, Self-insurance OHS system development and licence application / renewal support.
