Calvin Milroy With 25 years experience in management and training both nationally and internationally, Calvin has developed and conducted programs for management in America, Canada and Japan. He has traveled to China as an educational advisor investigating the design and implementation of a merchandising program for over 500 executive department store managers and was invited to be part of an Australian/Saudi overseas training project, designing an educational assessment system for their government Joint National Training System in Saudi Arabia, based on the Australian Qualifications Framework. This extensive business background is strengthened by his work in behavioural change and organisational psychology, and ultimately to pursue and achieve a Science Degree in Psychology. His specific interest in the impact of personality on productivity and his desire to help adolescents with learning disabilities has inspired him to publish several papers on both these topics. Calvin is currently undertaking a Master of Education and On-line/Special Education and is conducting psychological research in new concepts of learning.
