Greg is a Training Consultant/Corporate Mentor and Counselor of enormous expertise and experience. He specializes not only in one-on-one development but also provides, designs and delivers workshops of great variety, including Sales, Customer Service, Team Building, Communication, Motivation, Leadership development and Change Management. Recent projects include:
- Implementation of Leadership training across the entire leadership level at a major International Financial Institution
- Mentoring, Counseling and Training Managers and Chaplains from the Uniting Care Aged Services Georges’ River Presbytery over a period of two years
- Conducting a major Change Agency program with a NSW Government Dept of 300 staff
- Working with a leading Australian Exhibition and Convention Company: Changing the culture to an empowered workplace structure, which enabled the client to increase staff retention by over 80%, and increase productivity by 120% over a 12mth period.
- Increased profitability of 240% over 2 years and a decrease in resignations of 180% over 12 months for NSW/ACT Flight Centres.
- Conducted Conference openings and motivational seminars and workshops throughout Asia and the South Pacific
- Wrote and implemented the first ever in-house training program from Executive to Labour level for Sydney City Council
