Zoe Long

Zoe provides a suite of Project Management services within corporate, government and training organisations with a key focus on effective change and long-term staff skill development. She is a specialist in providing advice on strategies for organisational improvement and change management to create solutions and run major project initiatives.

She focuses on customization and/or development of project management documentation and courseware for both corporate and training organizations, undertaking Training Needs Analysis for the purpose of skill gap, career development and succession planning and offers general consultancy and management services.

Zoe’s background is in aviation and finance, in both Human Resources management and project work, managing across multi-site operations and refining communication, change and planning strategies. She is an effective coach and has solid grounding in quality assurance, SAP environments and audit needs. Zoe has held positions as an industry judge for the Brisbane Training Awards, and as a member of the Quality Steering Committee for the Southbank Institute of TAFE ISO9001.

She holds the Graduate Certificate of Management (Project Management) and a Bachelor of Teaching, along with Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training, along with working to complete her Masters in Project Management in 2006.

Zoe’s specialist skill in area of Project Management is greatly appreciated and adds to the experience held by Karen, Calvin a number of the Associates. It is wonderful to be able to offer our clients such comprehensive knowledge and hands on experience in this aspect of their business.
